So you want to know about me. [Or rather, I'm assuming you do since you're reading this. If not, I suggest you quit reading now and go do something else.] Well, I'm 22, completely crazy, and I have a 11 month old son. He's adorable, but I'm sure you all knew that. After all, what mother will willingly admit she has an ugly kid? Anyways, what was I saying...? Oh yeah. Me. I live in the middle of nowhere, where there is nothing to do, and not many people around. Which suits me just fine. I like crafting things. Knitting, sewing, tatting. No, that does not make me old, or pregnant. No, I don't make doilies. Ever. I'm addicted to coffee and play Dungeons and Dragons regularly. [Oh, I'm such a nerd.] I dress up [in costume] often, most frequently sporting vampire teeth. Especially at the grocery store. I hardly ever clean my house, but that doesn't bother me. I tend to swear a lot, but hardly ever swear at someone. I firmly believe there is a difference. And, I tend to ramble off the conversation track a lot, and often times can't find my way back and get lost in the forest and end up missing supper.
So, anyways, I've never been one to conform to anything, so when it comes to parenting of course I do everything outside the book. And I think it's bloody brilliant. [Can I say bloody if I'm not actually British? Is that allowed?] At least, it works for me so far. Anyways, I'm starting this blog to sort of chronicle my adventures as an unconventional mother. [As you might have guessed from the title.] So , you may want to hang on tight if you're going to stick around. It's guaranteed to be a bumpy ride.
